Born and raised in Fairfax County, Virginia, our CEO, Patrick Cunningham, embodies a strong connection to the community. His journey began at Centreville High School, where his passion for sports earned him a baseball scholarship to James Madison University. At JMU, Patrick pursued a business degree with a concentration in finance, laying the foundation for his career. Leading to his journey at Maple Avenue Home Loans, LLC, which gives the freedom of homeownership with no mortgage insurance.

Patrick, alongside his wife Krista, a fellow JMU alumnus, takes pride in their roots in the Fairfax area. As proud parents of three children, they are committed to continuous learning and growth, shaping a future for their family within the community. In his personal time, Patrick enjoys quality moments with his children, delving into a good read, and hitting the golf course.
